I have a vac hose that at the terminate of terminal year'south summer stopped suctioning. Nosotros recently checked that at that place are no holes in the tubing. We filled the hose with water, and the only identify water leaked out was at the vac head, under the connector. It spins, the other end doesn't. Is this what everyone calls a hinge terminate? I don't know if anything has changed considering I just inherited the vac job. Any help would exist appreciated.

Some of those ends (cuffs) can get separated or break. One of mine broke and I replaced it with the one seen beneath. Just cut-off the old one, applied some silicone, screwed information technology on, and let it dry. Cheap & easy.

The function labeled vac head is the swivel and it has to exist under water.

The hose might be chock-full.

Try putting a stone or heavy small ball in one end to see if information technology will become all the fashion through.
